Syftet med detta projekt är att utveckla en fördjupad förståelse för hur lantbruksentreprenörer arbetar för att nå säkra och hållbara arbetsprocesser i sina verksamheter. Projektet bedrivs i samarbete med rådgivningsorganisationerna; VÄXA (medsökande), Hushållningssällskapet Kalmar Kronoberg Blekinge, Nordlunds Utveckling AB, samt lantbruksentreprenörer som aktivt arbetar med utveckling av sina verksamheter. Datainsamlingen kommer att innehålla både intervjuer, observationer och enkäter. Det kommer att finnas både akademiska och praktiska bidrag från projektet. Förväntade resultat ur ett akademiskt perspektiv är de identifierade säkra och hållbara arbetsprocesserna och hur dessa kan fungera som en konkurrensfördel i svenskt lantbruk. Förväntade resultat för praktiken blir ny kunskap om säkra och hållbara arbetsprocesser samt förslag på problemlösningar för lantbruksentreprenörer.
The aim of this project is to develop a deepened understanding of how agricultural entrepreneurs work to reach safe and sustainable working processes in their businesses. The project is conducted in co-operation with agricultural extension services; VÄXA (co-applicant), Hushållningssällskapet Kalmar Kronoberg Blekinge, Nordlunds Utveckling AB, and agricultural entrepreneurs who actively are working with the development of their businesses. The data collection will include both interviews, observations, and questionnaires. There will be both academic and practical contributions from the project. Expected results from an academic perspective will be the identified safe and sustainable working processes and how these can serve as a competitive advantage in Swedish agriculture. Expected results for practice will be new knowledge about safe and sustainable working processes as well as suggestions of problem solutions for agricultural entrepreneurs.
